The Senior Manager, Programs and Events is responsible for HACR’s annual programs and events, which support our efforts to accomplish our mission of promoting the advancement of Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America.
Title: Senior Manager, Programs and Events
Reports to: President & CEO
Salary: Salary is commensurate with education and work experience.
Location: HACR’s offices in Washington, DC
The Senior Manager, Programs and Events is responsible for HACR’s annual programs and events, which support our efforts to accomplish our mission of promoting the advancement of Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, public relations, or a relevant field along with 3-5 years of practical experience in the field is required, some nonprofit experience is preferred. Leadership skills are also required for directing staff and overseeing project implementation, management, and completion. These requirements may change to meet the business needs of the organization.
