Hispanic publishers across the county should celebrate the Forecast from the Jack Myers Hispanic Media Report. It projects that Hispanic newspapers will see an increase spending of 4.4% in 2016, with average annual growth of 4% through 2020.
Mike Cano, CEO of Latino Digital Solutions and a 30 year veteran of the industry, indicates that although this is good news, he still believes that Hispanic publishers need to work at increasing value and RIO for advertisers. “Delivering great content that engages audiences and building strong partnership with advertisers is a winning combination that will ensure long-term growth for Hispanic publications” said Cano.
